Title of Project: Stop poverty now!
Exchange Date: 3 - 12 August 2010
Preparatory visit Date: (25-27) June 2010 (leaders)
Countries: Portugal + 10 countries
Participants: 4 youngsters (2 boys + 2 girls if possible) from each country (between 18-22 years old)
1 leader from each country, 2 from Portugal (the leader of the group don't have a age limit)
Travel, Accommodation, Activities Expenses:
This project will apply EU "Youth Program", so we will cover 70% of participants travel cost and we will give everything here (meals, accommodation, activities)
About the project:
ProAtlântico has a long history in the organization and participation in Youth exchanges, more than 35 since 2003. The Portuguese youngsters who are organizing this exchange, have already participated in other National and International exchanges, and are highly motivated to make this activity a success. We wish that this activity become a special moment in every participant's personal life, as a result of the share of culture, experiences among all participants. The youngsters will have the chance try a lot of sports and to become more aware the European dimension and with the concept of European Citizenship.
