Organization NGO IUVENTA from Milosevac, Serbia will apply for this project. Project is based on development of communication skills, co-operation, dealing with prejudices, differences, with own power and responsibilities. Main goal of the training is: introduction in basic concepts of non-violent communication, its application in everyday events and new approach. Participants will learn how to take responsibility, and how to use their own power. Necessary element for development of peace and civic society is constant work on non-violent communication.
Goals:
- to learn about own power, leadership, differences, civic society, human rights, gender equality, etc.
- to develop skills: team work, non-violent communication, analyze of conflicts, working out of conflict details, behaviour with fear and stress, etc.
- to strengthen individuals for active participation in their communities
- To facilitate intercultural learning, breaking down the stereotypes and prejudices among everyone in the youth exchange
