The main goal of this project is to attract for participation in it key persons from NGOs who are eager to obtain effective communication skills. Above all the main aim is to teach the participants skills for active and successful communication the new modern era of technologies. This way it will be easier for them to share their ideas, to communicate with their partners and as a final result to improve the effectiveness of the work of their organizations. Several days of workshops will entertain our participants. Some of the topics of the activities during the training course will be: Effective Communication at workplace communication techniques and tools; Active listening - giving and receiving feedback; Open information channels; Cross-cultural communication; New technologies in virtual communication; Verbal and non-verbal communication; Generation interactions; Tolerance and diversity awareness; Social communication vs. virtual communication; Communication with media and society; Experiential learning cycle, etc.
