Idea:
This exchange idea is about gender equality. During this exchange there will be simulation game were man’s and woman’s will change the roles of working some jobs domestic work and housework. After the simulation game that will continue for 3 days there will be discussion about gender equality and men’s and woman’s works. Also during the exchanges there will be meetings with human writes institutions in Lithuania. In the end of the exchanges we will organize the conference on gender equality.
Aims:
- Feel and discus about gender equality.
- Discuss about human rights
- Share intercultural experience of human rights and gender equality
- To promote personal growth using self-expression and non formal education methods.
- To promote young people’s active citizenship in Europe Union context.
- To organize conference on gender equality theme.
- To share intercultural experience and knowledge’s.
- To promote European youth cooperation
Participants:
5 peoples (participants) from each country + group leader
Young people from 18 to 25 years old.
Total: 6 organizations partners, per 5 peoples from each
Costs:
- 30% of travel cost.
- No fee
- 70 % of Travel and full Accommodation costs will be covered by the Program
