TC: UNE-TECH Use of new technologies in improving the quality of youth work. The Turkish National Agency for the Youth in Action Program organizes the Training Course UNE-TECH to provide youth workers with the competences related to the use of new technologies/ICT and to enable them to develop strategies to enhance the quality of youth work in networking and including young people with disabilities in youth work.. It will take place in Ankara, Turkey from 3-9 March 2010.
-The training is open for the participation of youth workers and youth leaders, working/volunteering in small size youth organizations or working/volunteering in youth organizations that are active in rural areas of their country.
-The participants should be well informed about their organisation (if they are part of any) and prepared to explain their “activities” to the other participants.
-Training is open to participants with physical disabilities. Unfortunately, we do not have adequate facilities for visually impaired.
-The participants should be a legal resident in a Youth in Action Program Country.
-The participants must be 18 years or older.
-The working language of the training course will be English, so the participants should be able to work comfortably in English.
-The participants should be be committed to attend the full duration of the seminar.
-No prior experience on information technologies is needed.
