In an increasingly dynamic evolving environment of public life and the ever increasing demands of the labour market, it appears that most young people experiencing difficulties in certain areas related to the effective demand and employment. Difficulties encountered in even greater extent in the next stage of professional orientation of young people, namely integration into the new work environment and is already working team of people. Very often at this stage is a stress factor in the lives of young people and is one of the main reasons for refusal of work. Unfortunately not a rare phenomenon that is exacerbated with each subsequent failure and becomes a cyclical process. The main reason for such a vicious circle is the lack of appropriate communication skills in a work environment. The main objective of the project is to contribute to the development and acquisition of a guaranteed minimum of skills and qualities among young people in their future professional orientation and career development to assist them in their relations with their future colleagues. It is envisaged that a round of training sessions with subsequent simulations, dealing with team work and the acquisition of communication skills by applying the methods of informal education.
