Together we will create an extraordinary life experience based on sport and healthy lifestyle. The youth exchange is programmed for the late august in Romania. The project will take place mostly in a natural environment that will inspire both participants and partners to promote a healthy, and free of monotony lifestyle.
Besides outdoor activities, the program contains a series of
activities with the aim of finding solutions to tackle problems like
pollution, cruelty of nature, lack of recycling, drugs and addictions. Because all of them have the same roots: the lack of awareness on the daily life’s actions.
We plan to do non-formal activities, including games, simulations, dynamic discussions, ’Interactive contests’, preparing healthy lunch outdoors, camping and living simulations, visiting monuments, etc.
The objectives are:
- to increase the awareness on the benefits of a healthy life;
- to promote the adoption of a non-harmful nutrition;
- to urge on the benefits of sports;
- to stimulate the active participation of youth in environmental protection activities;
- to increase awareness on the effects of drugs and addictions;
- to improve the management of the free time for a healthier and caring lifestyle.
Each partner will be represented by 4 participants (aged 15-17) and
a leader (no age limit).
