Project Summary: our project will teach taste, food and cultural speciality of international cuisine with cumulative trainings, and will contribute to our partner self development and improve their personal creativity. Besides cooking different meals, learning ropes from professional training instructor in different places, our project will bring you together in intercultural platform. At the end of the project, the participant will exhibit (make presentation) what they learned during the training at the food exhibition. These foods will be sold at the best restaurants of the city and the revenue (earnings) will be donated to UNICEF. There will also be cultural tours in Bolu excluding the cuisine course times during the project. All these activities will be taught you while you are having fun and will give you new friendships. If you would like to take a place in our activities, be our partner and friend by following the steps below.
Date and Venue: 15th October – 21th October 2010, Turkey.
Target Group: Municipalities, City Councils and Non-Governmental organizations, youth groups,culture and art groups,e.t.c
Participants: 5 people from each country (18-25 age). Totally 8 countries.
Conditions: Accommodation, board and programme costs will be financed through European Commission Youth in Action Programme (Action 4.3) Travel costs will be reimbursed in 70% (APEX Tariffs). Organizations from all 27 EU member countries plus Liechtenstein, Norway and Iceland are eligible to take part.
