We are planning to organize a training course in the frame of leadership and strategy of youth organizations and associations linked to the Youth in Action Program, focused on practical issues. The methods of presentations, discussions and working groups will be involved as well.
Main themes in the training:
Organizations’ aims and values
Peoples’ talent = talent of the organization
Organizations’ strategy
Organizations’ culture
Learning procedures in the organization
Leader and leadership
Role of the leader
The training will take place in Xylokastro, Corinth in 20-26 September, 2010. The working language is English.The number of the participants will be 20- 25. The participants should pay the 30% of the travel cost; all the other expenses are covered.
