Who we are:
The host organization is Association of artists – experts of drama, fine arts, applied arts, music and theory, management of culture and art. It is non profit organization based in Novi Sad, Serbia. Through art “Art Mreza” (Art Network) works on positive promotion and education of values and creative thinking audience, which is mainly youth. We are promoting intercultural dialogue through art and culture.
About the Project
Training Course about using creative methods of art for inclusion of social excluded young people – youth with physical health obstacles.The main goal of our training course “Close to our diversity“ is to offer to participants new art techniques and learning methods for improving inclusion of excluded groups of young people – youth with physical health obstacles. On our training course, using non formal way of learning (creative methods, art and music), participants will get necessary knowledge and skills about new art techniques and methods. With this, participants will become multipliers of products from our training course. Through working on this project participants will promote values of inclusion of social excluded groups – youth with health phisical obstacles. Training course will also promote cultural diversities, social cooperation, active participation and that will show that we are “Close to our diversity”. Activities on our training course will be related to art activities: making drafts, textile design, art techniques and technology, work on individual and group expressions, painting, drawings, making photography, videos, making prints; Target group on our training course are people actively involved in work with social excluded young people – youth with health phisical obstacles (youth workers, youth leaders, play workers, NGO activists, school teachers, social workers).(We would like to get participants already with knowledge about art)
Objectives:
- to promote inclusion as a most significant value working with youth with fewer opportunities
- to encourage excluded youth with fewer opportunities – youth with physical health obstacles to play an active role in their communities
- to stimulate participants to have reflection on the essential characteristics of European society and foster mutual understanding between young people in different countries.
- to contribute participants development of creative capabilities and skills in youth work using learning and creative methods (art and design techniques)
Working language: English – all participants must be able to actively communicate using English language
Partners:
All interested Program countries and Neighboring Partner countries.
Funding:
100% for accommodation will be covered and 70% of travel cost (Apex tickets) will be reimbursed after receiving original receipts.

Please: As we are applying on 1st September deadline, be as fast as possible in sending to us part III and do not forget to send us approximately your travel costs from your home town to Novi Sad, Serbia.
