Training course You Lead! Is prepared by and for participants from EU countries. This training on community service and youth work leadership skills and competences is designed to equip a group of selected starting youth community leaders in advanced tools to facilitate youth work and lead youth groups in their local communities. Participants will share their experiences in youth leadership, improve their leadership skills, increase the ability to analyze social problems and construct appropriate and innovative ideas for tackling them. You lead! training course will be facilitated using various interesting workshop methods (presentations, discussions, work in groups, buzz groups etc...) but also innovative ones like non-violent Aikido as a negation techniques or mindfulness meditations. It is all to create not only a friendly and interesting learning space but to enhance the result of learning process which will be higher quality of projects lead but participants in the future, bigger self-awareness and awareness of the needs and goals of the group they work with. Please send your PART III as soon as possible fax and please send a copy via email as well. We do not need it send by post.
