Project Summary:
The Central Finance and Contracts Unit (CFCU) on behalf of the Republic of Turkey is seeking proposals for encouraging exchange of knowledge and best practices on planning and implementation of EU policies and promoting dialogue among the civil societies of Turkey. In the frame of Civil Society Dialogue Programme, Bolu Youth Club has prepared a project in order to increase its capacity and interaction with professional youth workers so that healthier future partnerships can be made. All through the project participants will take part in learn-by-doing activities. Creativity and imagination will be our tools in order to boost our capacity and development. Sharing of experiences, good practices, and planning future projects will constitute the core element of this project. The methodology of this training course is based on several approaches, focusing on positive thinking, creativity, participants-led and open discussions, etc. The course will be a journey from identifying participant’s successful and qualitative experiences from Youth in Action Programme, to sharing them with the other participants so that inspiration and sharing of good practices may take place.
Intercultural evenings will be hold so that participants can have deeper understanding of different cultures. Trips to historical places in Istanbul and Bolu will be hold. There will be trips organized to the natural beauties in Bolu.
Participant Profile:
Participants who are member of the European Union will be able to participate in this activity. Project Managers, youth leaders, youth workers who;
- Are experienced in Youth in Action Programme,
- Have conducted a project before,
- Are planning to cooperate with Turkish NGO’s,
- Are eager to plan projects in the frame of the Youth in Action Programme,
- Are eager to meet different people and cultures will be given priority.
Group Size:
Our group size is limited with 10 experienced participants from different EU countries.
Costs:
In the frame of Civil Society Dialogue Programme, we cover all the costs in this project on condition that you use the cheapest transportation ways (economy class flight ticket, economy class train ticket, etc.). Please note that there is a danger that you may not get your money back if you don’t apply this rule.
