Bridge To Europe For Modern Youth (BEMY) and Kirsehir Rehberlik Arastirma Merkezi are planning to make an international training course entitled ‘Action 3.1 Forever’. It will take place in May 2011 in the capital of Azerbaijan , Baku. It will bring participants from both Programme Countries and those in EECA countries to discuss and get the knowledge about writing action 3.1 projects under the Youth in Action programme and develop cooperation between the East and West.. It is a training for people who work with young people, to acquire knowledge and skills in working and supporting projects for/with. The aim of project is to socialize disabled youngs by their active involvement in the project.. They have not enough information about such projects,because they are not from EU or program countries, they have a little chance to include such projects, just by helping EU countries. In this project they will have the chance to get education about the General Youth Programs and especially the 8 programs in Action in Youth programs and they will produce their projects. The deadline for reply is 25 October. We will then select the partners and apply for project via the Turkish National Agency per 1 November deadline.
Objectives:
- To enable the participants with knowledge, skills and competences for working with young people with less opportunities;
- To set up international projects;
- To get to know organizations from different part of Europe;
- To promote Eastern Europe and Caucasus region among partners from Program countries;
- To build new partnerships between Program countries and partners countries from Eastern Europe and Caucasus region;
- Get to know each other to facilitate networking and encourage/support the design of future co-operation / follow-up projects.
Its also really important for us the Intercultural learning between the participants in this training course, This training course in the same time will be structured as intercultural learning process. Through the cultural evenings the participants will have an opportunity to meet each other’s cultures and hear different languages by using the multilingual dictionary
Target group:
- Associations from EU countries;
- Participants should have a certain level of maturity that has exhibited an interest in working with issues regarding youth;
- Participant Profile/Number: 18-25 years , 2 Participants(1+1) from each countries.
Costs:
30% of travel cost, according to youth program regulations
Conditions:
The training is scheduled for May 2011 and will be hosted in Azerbaijan. Financial support is seeked for under the European Commission's "Youth in Action"-programme granting scheme (Action 3.1). If approved, all costs will be covered except for 30% of the international travel costs. Organizations from all 27 EU member countries, EFTA and all partner Countries are eligible..
Interested associations / organisations should send the application form signed and stamped by fax and the original by letter.
