Project Summary:
From birth human being and nature have been like the two part of a puzzle. Yet in the passing time human beings forgot this and separated from the nature. Our project also steps in this exact point. The first step of this project is to remind people these values which they have forgotten and to show that the nature is a part of them. Second step is to stop the emotions like irresponsibility and selfishness in today’s conditions over the people. Throughout our activities, first of all, awareness of being a group and being together in the camps and then cooperation will be tried to teach the participants. In addition, cultural nights and merging of the participant countries and youths will provide an opportunity to show their culture to each other, so emotions like prejudice which might have occurred previously will disappear with the help of empathy that is built up here.
Target Group:
Municipalities, City Councils and Non-Governmental organizations,
youth groups,culture and art groups,e.t.c
Participants:
5 people from each country (18-25 age). Totally 8 countries.
Conditions:
Accommodation, board and programme costs will be financed through European Commission Youth in Action Programme (Action 1.1) Travel costs will be reimbursed in 70% (APEX Tarrifs). Organizations from all 27 EU member countries plus Liechtenstein , Norway and Iceland are eligible to take part.
