Summary: The contact making seminar in Switzerland enables networking amongst experienced and new organisations with focus on EVS inclusion, bringing new inputs and perspectives for project planning and implementation.

For participants from: South-East Europe, Youth In Action Programme Countries
Group size: 30 participants.
Details: What would you suggest to a new organisation when it comes to successfully organise an EVS project? And how can you support an experienced organisation to come up with new ideas?
The twofold aim of the contact making seminar is to foster cooperation with Swiss organisations as well as the exchange of good practises in the field of inclusion, aiming at increasing quality and innovation in EVS. Thanks to an open encounter with Swiss organisations, participants will have the opportunity to experience the rich and varied context of volunteering and youth exchange in Switzerland, and to explore possibilities for new partnerships and projects. During the seminar, participants will be able to share knowledge on EVS and get inspired from each other’s work. The focus of the discussion will be set on inclusion projects, including an exchange on the various issues and priorities within this broad field.
OBJECTIVES and TOPICS OF DISCUSSION
- Partnership building;
-Quality and innovation in EVS inclusion projects;
- Exchange of good practises and learning from the various national contexts;
- Discover cooperation possibilities with new organisations;
- Information on the topic of inclusion in the European youth field;
PROFILE OF THE PARTICIPANTS
- Accredited EVS Organisations interested in new partnerships and projects;
- Organisations willing to share their best practise projects;
- Interest and possibly experience in the topic of inclusion;
Participants should be able to communicate in English, which will be the working language (in Switzerland, German, French and Italian are spoken and some support can be offered in these languages).
Costs: Costs for accommodation and food covered, for Travel Costs please check with your respective National Agency.
