Responsibilities and tasks:
-Program and validate new software functions.
-Maintain and continue development of the test environment
-Ensure overall functionality (non-regression testing)
-Debug and localize errors within the tested software
-Ensure configuration control (software, documentation) in accordance with project guidelines
-Plan and execute formal reviews and analyses
-Cooperate with internal software development and external partner companies
-Onsite integration and maintenance
Requirements:
-Completed degree majoring in computer science, electrical or aerospace engineering, or comparable career training
-Practical experience in software engineering
-Advantageous: Working knowledge of C/C++, Java, SVN, Assembler, Ada, DO-178B/C, DOORS, Eclipse
-Fluency in English, knowledge of German would be an advantage
-Strong technical, analytical, and holistic thinking skills
-Structured, independent, precise, and solution-oriented work style
-Team player
