Costs:
Participants from Program Countries:
• Travel costs are covered by the National Agency of the participant country;
• Costs for food, accommodation, transport from the airport to the hotel and back, working rooms and facilitators are covered by the Romanian National Agency as hosting NA.
Participants from Eastern Partnership Window Countries - Romanian NA covers the costs for visa, transport from origin country to Romania and return, food, accommodation, transport from the airport to the hotel and back, working rooms and facilitators. The Eastern Partnership Window participants are requested to advance the visa and international transportation costs and will be reimbursed after the event.
