Summary:
European Voluntary Service changed our life. It was a great experience. Why don't keep on moving? Re-activate yourself and design new activities and projects together with ExisT. The meeting will provide you useful tools to shape your future.
Target group:
Youth workers, Youth Policy Makers, EVS mentors/tutors, ex EVS volunteers and in exceptional cases: current EVS volunteers), representative of youth organisations, members of youth forum.
For participants from: EU Member States.
Group size: max. 25 participants
Details:
• “Ex-Volunteers on the Move” start from our EVS service and show us how to get the support of ExisT and the Ex EVS network.
• “Ex-Volunteers on the Move” is about the movement as a journey, as encounter, but also as a social formation and commitment to change.
• “Ex-Volunteers on the Move” stimulates active citizenship, provides concrete tools to exercise our rights and to build a better future.
• “Ex-Volunteers on the Move” is a meeting of ex EVS volunteers that still want to be active!
Target group:
Ex EVS volunteers (Italian that went abroad or foreign volunteers that came to Italy)
In exceptional cases: current EVS volunteers, representative of youth organisations, members of youth forum.
Dates and venue:
The training course will be held on 6-9 September 2013 in Italy, Friuli Venezia Giulia. Activities will start on 6th of September at 15.00. Departures are planned on the 9th after lunch. The meeting is organized by ExisT with the support of the Friuli Venezia Giulia region.
Costs:
The participation is free of charge. Travel and visa costs are up to the participants. Organizers will provide board and lodging.
Working language: Italian.
