Costs:
The food, accommodation and all training costs will be covered by the hosting organization. You pay a participation fee of 25 euro. This fee will be deducted from the travel reimbursement money.
Around 70% of the travel costs (within the new travel distance budget budget) will be covered with the Erasmus +/youth in action grant. This means that the participant him or herself has to cover around 30%. We will provide you with details about the travel budget for each country immediately after your selection. The reimbursement of the travel costs will happen after the training with bank transfer but you need to bring all documents during the training so the calculation can happen there.
