• Ability to prepare concept papers and project proposals in accordance with the standards required by INTERSOS and donors; • Knowledge of the region and previous experiences in humanitarian programs in response to the Syrian crisis is an asset; • Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills, Italian and Arabic are an assetGood knowledge of financial and HR procedures; • Strong representation and negotiation skills; • Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills; • Donor compliance and reporting; • Experience in establishing and maintaining collaborative relationships with donors and government counterparts; • Ability to integrate and work well within multiethnic and multicultural teams; • Available to share accommodation facilities when required; • European Driving license B is an asset.
