• Ensures, together with the coordination team, the regular reporting of MDM activities to donors locally represented; • Ensures the administrative and financial supervision of the local partner; • Contributes to the country monthly report for the financial part; • Ensures that copies of all legal documents and contracts forward to HQ in a timely way.
4 - Supply chain and Logistics management • Manages the supply Management for the project: reception of orders, selection of the procedures needed, purchasing, packaging, organising transport and delivery; • Ensures compliance with MDM and Donors procurement procedures; • Creates and archives complete procurement files; • Ensures the annual market studies; • Base Maintenance (guesthouse/office): you ensure the regular orders for the guesthouse, the maintenance as well as the development of facilities when needed; • Equipment Management: you supervise a clear distribution, installation and monitoring of materials, Guarantee a proper communication and IT equipment and its maintenance, as well as a regular back up and data protection system; • Charges of monthly inventory logistics stock; • Follows the regular maintenance and proper use of different equipment: hardware, satellite, energy etc.; • Ensures that security rules are implemented, understood and followed by the team (both expat and national), with a sect briefings for all new staff and visitors (national and expatriate).
5 - Transportation / Vehicle Fleet Management: • Guarantees the availability of vehicles fully equipped and secured for people and materials; • Coordinates maintenance, monitoring of vehicles; • Ensures compliance with vehicles managements procedures of MdM; prepares monthly fuel and vehicles report; • Manages the purchase, hire additional vehicles if required.

IV. Profile 1. Professional experience • Experience of minimum 3 year as Administrative/logistic coordinator with International Ngos, IO, UN agencies; • Experienced in drawing and monitoring significant budgets from different donors (UN, EU, Private Foundations), in negotiations and relations with local partners and authorities in a moving and difficult legal, administrative and political context; • Experience in writing logistic and reports; • Experience in capacity building and in team management; • Capacity to work with partners and not only direct program implementation.
2. Required Skills • Knowledge of SAGA IS A MUST; • English (spoken – written – read) and Italian are assets. French is a plus; • Ability to classify and to manage priorities; • Organisational skills, rigor, responsiveness, anticipation, ability to take initiatives flexibility; • Reactivity, anticipation, adaptability, ability to take initiatives to changing requirements; • Committed to MdM’s values as an organisation and motivated by its non-statutory, NFP model.
