• Experience: a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in development research and/or international development work focused on human right protection; excellent research and analytical skills including proven capacity to undertake research on the South East Asia; demonstrated capacity to write clear and well-constructed reports in accordance with agreed terms of reference and within specified time constraints;
• Communication: excellent communication, interpersonal and liaison skills. He/she facilitates and encourages open communication and strive for effective communication;
• Language: written and oral proficiency in English and Thai is required.
Financial Matters:
The contract is based on deliverables. Payments will be made upon GVC’s receipt of the deliverables and signed approval by the three partners (GVC, LPN, LSCW). The Research Consultant is expected to provide his/her own computer and other equipment necessary for the conduct of the Research/Study.
